He begins by congratulating the president of Ghana for proposing acts similar to Maitreya’s own Back to Kama project, which would offer benefits and incentives of African descendants in foreign countries upon returning to their ancestral homeland. Europeans long ago colonized all but the entire world, and that time has come to an end, especially with China and India becoming increasingly progressive and developed. It is time for the previously colonized nations to band together and unite!
