Every year, Raelians from around the world gather for one week to the Happiness Academy created and developed by Rael.
During his several encounters with the Elohim, Rael was given key information on how to better one’s life and he has taught this information in depth during these seminars.

In it he reminds us that love is the most important thing of all, and the Messages of the Elohim are based on love… love for oneself and for others.
He also speaks about forgiveness, and that even if on occasion we might dislike what others do, we need to take into account that we are all different and don’t see things in the same way… …
without forgetting that we all change and are not the same people we were the day before, thus the importance of voluntarily forgetting the past instead of holding grudges which in the end only serve to poison us.
