The first Sunday of April is an important date because it’s the anniversary of the creation of humanity by our extraterrestrial creators, the Elohim, and Raelians across the world gather to celebrate our collective origin.
On April 3, 2022 (76 a.H.), Maitreya Rael gave a beautiful teaching in Okinawa to commemorate this event with the Raelians gathered there. He told us how to stay young and healthy for as long as possible, advising us to smile and laugh for no reason rather than waiting for a happy moment that may never come. He also reviewed the fundamental meditation focusing on the three questions of “Where am I? Why am I here? Who am I with?”
Maitreya Rael concluded his teaching saying, “The real happiness is not what you show to other people, it’s what you feel inside you and everything happening in your life. It’s your choice; never say “Oh, it’s destiny.” No! Nothing is written in the sky saying what will happen to you. You are the captain of your life!”
